In addition to fractional villas and whole ownership homes, Seven Canyons also has 32 private estate sites. The first 20 of these one to two-and-a-half-acre parcels ' located in an enclave named 'Solitude' are sold.

Twelve additional estate sites at 'Secret Ridge,' perched high above the club's breathtaking Tom Weiskopf championship golf course, are expected to be available soon.

All of the estate sites feature easy access to numerous hiking trails in the Coconino National Forest. In addition, the full compliment of club services and amenities are available through the member application process.
